Information on Fences
The Code Enforcement Department handles all items pertaining to building inspections, fire inspections, health inspections and zoning inspections. Our staff can assist you or refer you to the appropriate department. One of our goals in this department is to assist new and existing businesses in reallocations and expansions.
The 2000 International Building Code (IBC) and the 2003 NFPA Life Safety Code are the primary codes of Conway. Call first, however, as there are others. If you have questions relating to fire codes or non-emergency fire related issues, please contact this department. We work with the two full time and the many volunteer departments that exist within our town.
